Domain Registration Agreement

This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") governs the registration, renewal and transfer of domain names through EXAGRAM ("EXAGRAM", "we" or "us"). EXAGRAM is part of 610 Group. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every domain you register or manage with us.

By registering or transferring a domain through EXAGRAM, you agree to this Agreement, the terms of the applicable registry, and the policies of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) where relevant.

As the registrant, you are the registered holder of the domain for the period you have paid for. You retain the right to use, transfer, renew or delete the domain subject to this Agreement and the applicable registry's rules. EXAGRAM acts as your registrar or reseller to facilitate registration with the relevant registry.

You must provide complete and accurate registration data for the domain, including your name, organisation, postal address, email and phone number. You must keep this information current for the entire registration period.

Providing false or incomplete contact information, or failing to update it, may result in the suspension or cancellation of your domain under registry and ICANN policies.

Domain registration data is published in the registry's WHOIS or equivalent directory to the extent required by the applicable registry. Some extensions offer privacy or proxy services that limit the contact details shown publicly. Where such services are available and you select them, they are subject to the relevant provider's terms.

You represent that, to your knowledge, your registration and use of the domain does not interfere with or infringe the rights of any third party, including trademark, name or intellectual property rights. You are responsible for verifying your right to use the domain before registering it.

Certain extensions have eligibility requirements (for example, geographic, sector or trademark requirements). You must meet any such requirements for the extension you register.

You may not register a domain for the purpose of cybersquatting, trademark abuse, phishing, fraud, impersonation or any unlawful activity. We may refuse, suspend or cancel a registration where we reasonably believe it violates this Agreement, the registry's policies, or applicable law.

Domains are registered for the period you select and paid for. A registration becomes active once the registry confirms it. Renewals are charged at the current published price for the relevant extension at the time of renewal.

If a domain is not renewed before its expiry date, it may enter a grace period during which it can still be renewed, followed by a redemption period with an additional fee. After these periods, the domain may be released and become available for registration by others. Grace and redemption terms vary by extension and registry.

You may transfer a domain to or from EXAGRAM subject to the transfer policies of the applicable registry and ICANN. Transfers typically require an authorisation code, an unlocked domain, and may be restricted shortly after registration, renewal or a previous transfer. Domain transfers are being prepared during our pre-launch phase; contact our team to plan a move.

Domains may be locked to prevent unauthorised transfers. You can manage the transfer lock from your account once accounts are enabled. Certain locks, such as registry-level locks applied after registration or renewal, cannot be removed for a set period.

You may point your domain at any nameservers or DNS records of your choice. Where you use EXAGRAM's DNS, you are responsible for the records you configure. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by incorrect DNS configuration on your part.

• UDRP / URS — domain disputes may be resolved under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy or Uniform Rapid Suspension process where applicable.
• Registry policies — some extensions have their own dispute and eligibility policies that take precedence for that extension.
• Takedown — we may suspend a domain in response to a credible abuse report, court order or registry directive.

Registration, renewal and transfer fees are published on our website and confirmed at checkout. Because registration fees are paid to registries, they are generally non-refundable once a domain is registered. Refund treatment is set out in our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXAGRAM and 610 Group are not liable for loss of a domain, service interruption, or failure of the registry to process a registration, renewal or transfer, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Our total liability is limited to the registration fee paid for the domain in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update this Agreement as registry and ICANN policies change. We will post the revised Agreement on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued registration or renewal of a domain after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
