Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: pre-launch draft

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that apply when you use the hosting, domain and related services provided by EXAGRAM ("EXAGRAM", "we" or "us"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using our services you agree to comply with this Policy.

EXAGRAM is part of 610 Group. This Policy applies to all customers and users of services hosted on our infrastructure, regardless of location.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and the services we provide to you. In particular you agree to:

  • keep your account credentials secure and confidential;
  • promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or service;
  • ensure that all content and data you store or transmit is lawful in the jurisdictions where it is hosted and accessed;
  • maintain current and accurate contact information, including for any domain registrations; and
  • cooperate with us in investigating and resolving any reported violation of this Policy.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use our services, or allow them to be used, for any of the following purposes:

  • Unlawful activity — any activity that violates applicable local, national or international law, including the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdiction where the service is hosted.
  • Abuse, harassment and threats — sending or hosting material that defames, harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group.
  • Spam and unsolicited messaging — sending bulk, unsolicited email, SMS or messages, or operating open relays or open proxies that allow others to do so.
  • Malware and unauthorised access — distributing, hosting or facilitating malware, ransomware, spyware, or tools designed to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
  • Network attacks — launching or facilitating denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, brute-force attacks, or any attempt to disrupt or overwhelm a network, host or service.
  • Intellectual property infringement — hosting or distributing material that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Phishing and fraud — operating sites or services designed to deceive users into revealing credentials, payment details or personal information.
  • Prohibited content — hosting child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related content, or any material whose distribution is prohibited by law. We will remove such material immediately on discovery and may report it to the relevant authorities.
  • Excessive resource use — operating services in a way that unreasonably consumes server, network or storage resources to the detriment of other customers, except within the explicit limits of your plan.
  • Cryptocurrency mining — running cryptocurrency mining or proof-of-work operations on shared hosting infrastructure without our prior written consent.

4. Email and messaging

If you send email or other messages through our services, you must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, the EU GDPR ePrivacy rules, and equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. In particular:

  • only send email to recipients who have consented, or where you otherwise have a lawful basis;
  • include a valid postal address and a working unsubscribe mechanism in commercial email;
  • honour unsubscribe requests promptly and never sell or share consented lists improperly; and
  • maintain reasonable sending volumes and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to protect recipient inboxes.

Repeated sending of email that triggers blocklisting or blacklisting of our network may result in suspension of your email service.

5. Security

You must take reasonable steps to secure the services we provide, including keeping software and scripts up to date, using strong credentials, and applying security patches promptly. You must not:

  • attempt to bypass or circumvent any security, authentication or monitoring control;
  • store credentials, payment card data or other sensitive secrets in plaintext where a secure alternative exists;
  • use our services to probe, scan or test the security of other systems without authorisation; or
  • interfere with the service of any other customer or user.

You must report any suspected security vulnerability in our services to us without exposing it publicly, and you must not test for vulnerabilities on our infrastructure without our written consent.

6. Content and copyright

You retain ownership of all content you place on our services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not violate this Policy.

We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to notices of alleged infringement submitted by rights holders or their authorised representatives in accordance with applicable law. To submit a notice, contact us using the details in section 9. We may remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and may terminate the account of repeat infringers.

7. Resource usage and fair use

Shared and reseller hosting plans are subject to fair-use limits to protect the performance of the platform for all customers. You must not use a shared service in a way that would be more appropriate to a dedicated, virtual private server or cloud environment, including:

  • running long-lived, always-on background processes not supported by your plan;
  • using the service as a remote file backup target for large, unrelated datasets;
  • streaming media to large audiences beyond the reasonable capacity of a shared plan; or
  • operating high-traffic applications without first upgrading to an appropriate plan.

Where a service consistently exceeds fair-use limits, we will contact you to discuss an upgrade. Sustained, unaddressed overuse may result in throttling or suspension.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. Depending on the severity and circumstances, our response may include:

  • Warning — a notice asking you to correct the issue within a reasonable period;
  • Throttling or restriction — limiting the affected service to protect the platform;
  • Suspension — temporarily disabling the affected service or account;
  • Termination — permanently cancelling the account; and
  • Reporting — referring the matter to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.

Serious or emergency violations — such as active network attacks, child sexual abuse material, or phishing — may result in immediate suspension without prior notice. No refund is provided where a service is terminated for a violation of this Policy, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, or believe content hosted on our services is unlawful, please report it to us at hello@itsexagram.com or by WhatsApp to +971 58 574 0610. Please include as much detail as possible — the affected domain or service, a description of the issue, and any relevant evidence. We review reports promptly and act on confirmed violations.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as our services and the regulatory landscape evolve. Changes take effect from the updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
